The view from each terrace and portico will take your breath away, leaving you to experience the beauty of Cala Girgolu anew.
The spacious living room looks out upon Tavolara, opening up to an inviting front terrace with adjacent outdoor dining area, seating up to 14 guests. Near the front entrance portico, the oval side terrace has a covered dining area comfortably seating 8. The well-organized open-space kitchen and service area is stocked with the full range of amenities, including tablecloths, placemats, plates, silverware, glasses, pots, pans, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, oven, 5 burner stove, toaster, microwave, blender, washing machine and outdoor gas grill. The living areas offer wifi coverage, a place where you can work comfortably and a black and white printer for your convenience.
All four bedrooms have a marvelous sea view and its own dedicated bath. The master bedroom is located on the upper level off the dining room, while the remaining 3 bedrooms are distributed on the lower level, each with it's own outdoor patio access.
Upstairs, the master bedroom is connected to the upstairs bathroom with an antecamera which separates the living areas from the bedroom and adjacent bath to create an en-suite. The master bedroom has a queen bed. Downstairs, bedroom #2 has an en-suite bathroom, and can be prepared with either a queen bed or 2 separate twin beds. The downstairs corridor bathroom is across from bedroom #3, which contains a comfortable set of bunk beds. Bedroom #4 is found at the end of a corridor adjacent to its own bathroom. It, too, can be prepared with either a queen bed or 2 separate twin beds, and has the addition of a child size bed that serves as a sofa when not in use. Bedrooms #3 and #4 are both found down a separate hallway with door and can be used together as a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite, reserving the corridor bathroom for general use.
The house is child friendly, complete with foosball table and portable ping pong, tennis and badminton sets, housing many games, toys and drawing supplies in the dedicated toy corner. A highchair, bed rail, folding gate and portable crib with mattress, which can be positioned in any of the rooms, are all available upon request.
The boathouse contains 2 inflatable kayaks, a BIC canoe and an inflatable SUP with which to explore the surrounding coast. There is also a selection of life jackets, beach toys, chairs and umbrellas, masks, snorkels and fins, wet suits, swimmies, water wings and floaties for your enjoyment. Paddle up to the home of the famous Tartaruga, the white sand spiaggia del Cigno and the Sassi Piatti, otherwise known as the Scogli Lisci by the Cala Girgolu locals.
The house is conveniently located, with Cala Girgolu beach approximately 75 meters from the main house. Porto Taverna beach is approximately 750 meters away, where you can take windsurf lessons or just relax with an aperitivo at the open-air bar as the sun sets over the lagoon. It is a 4 minute drive to the post office at Vaccileddi, a 7 minute drive to Porto San Paolo, a 20 minute drive to Olbia Airport and a 25 minute drive to Olbia city center and port.
