Positive: This house is beautiful and the layout was really comfortable for our family. We loved the view! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, the furnishings are great, I lost count of how many slab wood tables are there. So many games, puzzles, magazines, books, and cozy places to enjoy them. Everyone said their bed was comfortable. The downstairs bedroom/sitting area down the spiral staircase is so cool! The hot tub is completely awesome and also has great views. The assortment of outdoor deck spaces was my favorite part. If it was mentioned in the listing, I didn't understand about the "hidden" deck under the bridge. It's challenging to get to it and back up to the house, but worth it! Such a cute "secret" spot!! It was a great place to stay to go skiing at the nearby slope. I would recommend getting to the house before it gets dark. If you stay here when the Rhododendrons are in bloom, it must be incredible, magical! There are a LOT of them on the property. If I had known we would be so comfortable and enjoy the house so much, I would have booked at least 1 more night. 3 nights was barely enough. We left wishing we could stay longer, explore more. We want to stay here again when it is warm to explore the area then as well, especially to see some of the many waterfalls nearby. The host is so sweet, there was a welcome package there when we arrived. She gave me very helpful and detailed info through email about the house and patiently answered all of my questions so we could best plan and take full advantage of our time there, and about the amenities in the house, and the surrounding area, and she was immediately responsive when I sent her a text message. When we got to the house, I understood here level of pride and enthusiasm about the house. It really is great!
Negative: I can't think of anything to complain about except that my mom was doing a puzzle at the dining table and wished she had more light. Such a minor thing.
Summary: Definitely would recommend and want to repeat
