This Sanibel Luxury Beach House is a one of a kind resort style home with seclusion, safety, and privacy. Renovated in 2020 with a designer overhaul and over 200k in improvements, our 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom house plus 3rd floor den offers large families and guests space and relaxation. Designer decorated property with an organic island vibe and minimalist touch. Enjoy our pool and waterfall spa with a paver deck inside of a fully screened cage to limit bugs. The outdoor life-size chess set and hanging deluxe sunbrella daybed are sure to be a hit. Plenty of toys and games for kids.
A private dock accesses the bayou and is a short walk to the beach with drawbridge access from the property. Elevator access to second floor brings you to the Master Suite, which has a commanding view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico from the sitting room with fireplace and adjacent porch. The third floor also has a turret-style porch to view the Gulf. Enjoy the sound of the waves at night.
Lavish landscaping overhaul in 2020 with silver buttonwoods, bougainvilleas, citrus trees, yellow elders, bamboo, Hong Kong orchids, creeping fig ivy, and flowers creates a Zen oasis.
