The fully equipped kitchen, with new granite counter tops and a full deep sink, is the perfect place for the chef of the family to prepare a wonderful home cooked meal. Six people can sit comfortably at the dining room table while another three can fit at the breakfast bar. The spacious, newly furnished living room has ample seating for everyone to enjoy the spectacular view of the beach, or to enjoy a movie night. On the patio, take in the sights and sounds of the beach and don't forget to catch the gorgeous sunsets, all from your own patio, steps off the walkway path! This unit is perfect for those that want to skip the wait of an elevator and walk directly out your back door to the heated pool or go for a walk on our white sandy beach.
