The home offers great privacy and just a short walk over to the community pool and tennis court. Want to head to the beach? ... we're an easy walk down to the world famous Bowman's Beach. Some of the best shells are found on that beach and wonderful sunsets as well. The home itself boasts a spacious living area, split floor plan, and lots of natural sunlight along with the additional "Florida Room" where you can open the windows to feel the breeze and hear the birds & local wildlife. There are two master king bedrooms with en -suite bathrooms as well as an additional guest bedroom with two twin beds. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the conveniences of home to prepare meals for your friends and family that will want to join you when you tell them you're spending a month or longer in paradise!!
