Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Location can walk out to the beach, there are some dunes. Upper level has the better views especially the master bedroom. Enjoyed the fireplaces, I like that each room controls its own heating. Soaker tub was nice.
Negative: All the windows on the beach side of the house need to have the non-functional roller shades taken down. They have baked in the Sun and are fragile and you cannot get them to go all the way up so they block the view and if you have the window open they flap in the wind. Some of the window cranks were very difficult to operate. You're in dire need of new dish rags and wash rags they are thread bear worn. The top rack to the dishwasher was completely missing, and you're missing a blade to your ceiling fan in the master bedroom therefore non-functional. Easy fixes just need to get someone on it especially the dishwasher I can't imagine having an entire family in here with no dishwasher rack. Also was unable to secure the back screen door so that also banged in the wind somewhat had to prop it open.
Summary: Great location, view, right on the beach.... You can walk down to the Bay and see all the sea lions
