Welcome to our private estate like home in Saint James. Our 4-bedroom house is just as wonderful inside as it is outside. Walking out the sliding door to the back you will be greeted by a large, covered patio for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. As you continue outside, you will find a large BBQ, Wood Burning Fire Pit, Pergola, Massive Pool, and Expansive Grass areas that round out this great fully fenced backyard. Perfect for relaxation as well as fun. Inside the open concept kitchen / den area is great for cooking a stunning meal for friends and family or relaxing from the day. The open concept living room / dining room is perfect for catching up on the day’s events or having great meals at the dining room table with room for up to 10 people. Each bedroom offers a brilliant mix of 1 king bed (master), 1 full bed (guest room 1), and 2 queen beds (other 2 guest rooms), ensuring a soothing night's sleep for all guests. With 2 and a half bathrooms, including bathtubs in both full bathrooms, getting ready for the day will be effortless. There is also a bonus with our very large basement that boasts a huge super comfy couch, 85" TV, and a fitness area if a workout is on your to do list. If getting out of the house is a better idea, St James town is less than 5 minutes (by car or 10 min walking) with restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner (and cocktails). This property is 20 to 25 minutes from Islip MacArthur (ISP) Airport and 30 to 35 minutes to Bethpage State Park.
