Parking is limited to one car per unit, and we regretfully cannot accommodate trailers. Also, the gas fireplace is turned off from May through November.

Steamboat's Free bus, Purple line, stops 504 and 505 are at this property. To go to town or the mountain a transfer is needed, inform the driver of your goal and they will assist you in the transfer.

This unit is located on the second level and requires you to walk 18 steps, no elevator is provided.
The fireplace is only available during ski season months.
The amenities are controlled by the community HOA and we do not have control over any closures, cleaning days, or any other reasons for them to not be open for guests.
