Brand New Renovation!Check out our 5 Star Ratings on our other homes!Beautiful 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath rental steps from the Missouri river with 3 floors of living space. Main level features a fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar, dining space for up to 10 people, a full bathroom, and patio overlooking the Missouri river with seating for 10. Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms: 3 with king beds and 1 with a queen. 2 of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and there is a a full hall bath with double bowl sink. There is also a sectional in the living room with a queen sleeper sofa. The basement level features a sitting area with fireplace, bar area with an additional fridge, additional living room and game area, as well as another patio level with a hammock and hammock chairs to relax in.
This house has plenty of space to spread out and hang out in, but also has a great location should you want to get out and explore! Only 10 minutes from Blumenhof winery, 15 minutes to Augusta and Triple 3 Vineyard,1 mile to downtown Washington bars and restaurants, and steps from the walkway to the bridge leading over the Missouri River.
