Set on a stunning 1-acre riverside property in the heart of Margaret River town, the majestic Riverzedge Retreat accommodation is surrounded by forest on the banks of your own stretch of the Margaret River YET it's a short stroll or a bike ride into town along the river trail.
Very few holiday houses in Margaret River have the combination of feeling you are a million miles from anywhere, yet you can access town with a 5 minute walk . At Riverzedge East you will be in the heart of the winery, art, caves and beach precinct. The house is a classic Margaret River '80s build however it has had a complete refit inside so we have made sure you have all the mod cons of a recent build. The Western side of the house is occupied by your host, Marion and her family. You have a separating wall to give you privacy and a separate entrance, balcony and carpark. At Riverzedge East you will have your own private stretch of the Margaret River. The river is literally a stones throw away. Please note the accomodation is double storey, so there are 6 internal stairs to the entry zone, and then a further 6 internal stairs to the bedroom. For guests with restricted mobility this may be worth considering.
