Perfect for multiple cooks in the kitchen, there is also a butler’s pantry with additional sink, counter space, cabinet storage and microwave. A gorgeous picture window overlooking the front garden courtyard is perfect for housing fresh herbs to use in your culinary creations. The washer and dryer are conveniently located just off the butler’s pantry and accessible to the main hallway. All the bedrooms and bathrooms contain brand new quality sheets and towels. The 3 large bedrooms have ensuite baths so there is no sharing! The bedrooms are all separated from the main living area, entitling guests to peace and privacy. The southwest bedroom suite with adjoining sitting room / office is located at the opposite end of the home making this an ideal layout for multiple families or groups of friends traveling together. With one King and two Queen beds, each of the spacious master suites have luxurious padded headboards, ample closet and dresser storage, ceiling fans, new linens, seating area, ensuite bath and beautiful garden views. The two largest suites offer a flat screen TV and French door access to the backyard pool area. With one bathtub/shower combo and 2 stand-alone showers, all 3 bathrooms have modern fixtures mixed with vintage decorative tile and vanities with plenty of storage.
For our guests added convenience we offer a 1-car garage, washer and dryer inside the house, Wi-Fi, phone service with unlimited long distance to US and Canada, HD cable TV, DVD player, stereo and natural gas BBQ. All linens, pool & bath towels, lounge chairs and pool floats provided.

OPTIONAL FEES
For stays of less than 28 nights, the optional pool & spa heat fee is $100/day or $650/week. Pool heat is not needed between June - September. If you do not want pool heat but would like to heat the spa, the cost is $55/ day. A utility deposit is collected for stays of 28 nights or more and the amount is based on the length of stay. The cost of an Early Arrival or Late Departure is $200 each plus tax.
