Positive: the beds were very comfortable. linens were plentiful and towels were plush. Nice assortment of board games and entertainment. nice assortment of kitchen ware/utensils. We appreciated that there was shampoo/soap/conditioner available, and dishwashing detergent and new sponge.
Negative: the fridge and freezer weren't cold enough. after 2 days we finally saw the laminated note on the fridge saying "Help! The fridge isn't working!", but that wasn't helpful. Would have been nice to have a working fridge/freezer. Maybe store water and ice blocks to help maintain the temp between guests when fridge is empty? (Renters can remove if needed for the space). There must be a way to maintain normal temps between guests. Or let guests know up front, before buying popsicles and storing other items that need to be cold for safety reasons (medications, meat, etc) there were new mouse droppings noted on the kitchen counter every morning. the lock box latch was "sticky" and hard to open to get the key back in at the end of the stay. likely needs some WD-40. the remotes need new batteries (for the lights/fans/TV). maybe having some new batteries available in case the remotes stop working.
