Magnificent, fully renovated 3-room apartment on the 1st floor (no elevator) with a balcony overlooking the Royal Canal. Located in the heart of the city, you'll find shops, restaurants, a covered market, a market, and a jousting tournament. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen (exhaust hood, induction hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer) with a dining area, opening onto the living room with a sofa bed (for 2 people), TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi access, and a magnificent view of the canal. A first bedroom with a queen-size bed and storage, a second bedroom with two single beds and storage. The bathroom has a large shower, a sink, and a toilet.
