Newly remodeled for the 2024 season, this charming and bright cottage features 5 bedrooms and will house 7 to 8 people. The home features an open layout, with a large chef's kitchen, fully equipped with anything you might need. Dining table seats 8 people and the nearby island bar counter has seats for two . The living area provides a sectional sofa, comfortable chairs and a smart TV. There is a downstairs primary suite and a bunk room. Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms and a new tiled bathroom. Outside you will find a covered front porch and a rear deck with tranquil views of Beal's Pond. Convenient and comfortable outside seating to include Adirondack chairs, couches and tables. Barbecue grill provided.
The property also features a delightful separate guest cottage, The "Ticket Office", equipped with a small kitchenette and a queen bed. The Ticket Office (VRBO # 3850085) can be rented separately or in addition to the house rental and sleeps two.
