Welcome to Royall Tyler Lodge, a classic Vermont home with modern amenities that features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 inviting living spaces, and can accommodate 10 overnight guests for "Your Vermont Vacation". It's the perfect spot for family trips, holidays, vacations, etc, and is ideally located within minutes of Quechee and Woodstock.
The kitchen is huge, with everything you'll need, including the most important thing in any kitchen- coffee! The dining room seats 10, and the kitchen island easily accommodates 5 more. Two living rooms- one with a smart tv and bright southern exposure, and the other a perfect spot to curl up with a good book and a glass of wine- both feature comfortable seating and room to stretch out and relax. There is also an Amazon Alexa device for you to use for music, etc.
One of two spacious master bedrooms with a queen bed and a full ensuite bathroom is on the main level. Two more bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with a full over two twin bunk bed, and another full bathroom are also on the main level. The second master bedroom with a queen bed and full ensuite bathroom is on the 2nd level. Washer and dryer are available for your use as well.
You'll have peace and quiet at Royall Tyler Lodge, and it's close proximity to a vast array of activities, restaurants, and attractions make it a highly sought after location as a home-base for enjoying all that Vermont has to offer. Quechee is located between the picturesque village of Woodstock, consistently voted one of the most beautiful towns in the U.S and Hanover, New Hampshire, home to Dartmouth College and the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. For skiing enthusiasts, the house is five minutes from Ski Quechee and the Quechee Clubhouse. Saskadena Six (formerly Suicide Six) is 20 minutes, Whaleback in NH is 25 minutes, Ascutney is 35 minutes, and Pico, Okemo, and Killington are all about 45 minutes. Magic and Bromley are about 1hr 20 away. You'll never be far from some of the best skiing in the East!
