Welcome to this beautifully updated modern home. This baby is loaded with amenities that include an inground pool, a hot tub, and even a sauna. Yes, a sauna! You will not run out of space for the family and friends that you will be entertaining and just wait until you see the coffee station.
Located in a quiet neighborhood in South Fargo that is a short drive to the following:
Downtown is a 9 minute drive
The Fargo Dome is a 12 minute drive
The airport is a 11 minute drive
🏡MAIN LIVING SPACE:
You will notice when you enter the front of the home that you are greeted by natural light from the
skylight. As you progress through the main entry area you will feel the welcoming, spacious gathering spaces of the home.
- The main floor living area is located to your right when you walk down the entry hallway. This space
offers ample seating and is a cozy spot for you to gather around the 65 inch smart TV with friends
and family for a movie night or football game.
- The brand new sectional sofa and chairs provide a comfortable place to get off your feet for a bit as you watch a show, read or engage in conversation around the warm, gas fireplace.
- The main living area is located to your right when you walk down the entry hallway. This space offers ample seating and is a cozy spot for you to gather around the 65 inch smart TV with friends and family.
- The living room is the first stop on your travel journey throughout the house. The vinyl floors pair well with the light walls in this area giving it that bright appearance.
- The couch and chairs provide a comfortable place to get off your feet for a bit as you watch a show or engage in conversation.
- Lastly, the gas fireplace brings everything together in one packaged bundle of joy that may make you debate leaving...you have been warned! Flip the switch on the wall to the right of the fireplace and you are off on your cozy journey.
❄️ 🔥Temperature Control:
- The air-conditioning and heat are controlled by the Nest smart thermostat. You will find this located in the hallway leading to the three back bedrooms.
👨🏼‍🍳👩🏽‍🍳 KITCHEN:
You will find the kitchen next to the main living area. This space is stunning and patiently waiting for the entire family to enjoy some delicious meals. Sure you can order a pizza, but it is nice to enjoy that home cooked meal every once and while.
- Oak cabinets, black quartz countertops, light flooring, and brand new appliances all blend together perfectly in this spacious kitchen.
- The dining table and chairs are high quality. This table is meant to sit 8 comfortably while the island can seat 4! It is safe to say you will not run out of eating space.
- This area is one of your best entertainment spaces in the entire house, we love it and know you will too!
- Use this part of the house to enjoy some great breakfast in the morning or at night. Breakfast for dinner is the best! Whatever you are making we made sure to provide you with all the necessary tools to fulfill that dream of being on the Food Network.
- The stovetop is located on the island and is so smart that it senses when you have a pot on the burner. It will not start heating until you have a pot or pan on it woah! Simply press the on button and drag the slider to your desired temp level.
- Microwave is located to the left of the fridge and above the oven. Upon first glance it may look like a double oven, but the top portion is a cleverly disguised microwave.
- Fridge/Freezer with filtered water and ice
- Toaster
- Dishwasher. The buttons are located on the top of the door. Press your wash type, then start and then close the door. This will activate the cycle and you will see a blue light under the dishwasher turn on. Technology I tell ya!
- Coffee items: This coffee situation is bananas... B-A-N-A-N-A-S. The coffee station is tucked behind the dining table and there you will find a Keurig with K-cups, two coffee makers with one that can fill up a thermos, a French press, and packets for tea and hot cocoa. I wasn’t lying in the first part of the description! 👆🏻
- Pots, pans, knives, silverware, and other cooking utensils are ready for your use.
- Plates, bowls, coffee mugs, glasses (wine and regular), other utensils, etc.
🛏️BEDROOMS:
We have four bedrooms located upstairs and one bedroom downstairs. All mattresses are brand
new and high quality. Sheets and blankets are cotton and there are extra blankets and pillows for
your comfort.
- When walking past the main living room, the Master bedroom will be to the right. This is the Arizona desert room. Here you will find a plush king bed, walk-in closet, and a 55 inch smart TV. It is a cozy, peaceful room in shades of ivory and blush with a comfy seating area included. The master bathroom is simply spectacular. First off, you have a walk-in shower that is surrounded by white subway tile. Next, we have not one, but two sinks for the guest(s) of the master. There is also a designated makeup spot with a lengthy countertop and magnifying mirror.
- As you walk down the hall past the kitchen you will find three additional bedrooms on the main
floor:
- Bedroom two is the first one on the right. Welcome to Asia! This room has a queen bed and unique
decor from Asian countries.
- Bedroom three is the second room on your right. Welcome to India! This room offers a queen bed
with bold design. The deep jewel tones match the dark furniture and bring this room together. This is a cozy, decadent room to rest as you continue your travels.
- Bedroom four is located all the way down on your left. Welcome to Greece! This room has a queen
bed, and the crisp, clean appearance feels like you are sitting in a breeze by the Mediterranean Sea.
This room is the brightest of them all so if you love waking up to natural light, then this is the room
for you!
- Bedroom five is downstairs. Welcome to Portugal! On top of this room being spacious, it
is super cozy and quiet with the fresh carpet. In here we have two sets of bunk beds, twin over twin
and twin over full which is perfect for the kids. A reading nook with kids books and string lights
complete this fun room. You will also find a comfortable rollaway mattress in this bedroom, bringing
the sleeping spaces up to 6 in this room. This is great for the cousins or teammates to have a
sleepover experience during their stay.
🛁UPSTAIRS MAIN BATHROOM:
This full bathroom is the perfect spot for you to get ready for your event!
- The black quartz countertop provides an abundance of space to sprawl out your entire toiletry bag.
- The mirror spans half the wall for plenty of room for getting ready for a night out.
- There are plenty of drawers for storing your essential items and you will find towels, hand towels, makeup towels in the cabinet to the level of the vanity. Extra toilet paper can be found in the cabinet above the toilet. Additional extras will be found in the hallway closet.
- In the same cabinet as the towels you will find a hair dryer as well as a first aid kit ⛑️
- The shower has a clean white surround which pairs well with the black hardware.
🚿DOWNSTAIRS BATHROOM:
- This bathroom has a hidden surprise in it. The surprise is... a sauna! Sweat out all those toxins and then jump into the shower to cool off and get fresh.
- The washer and dryer are for you to use if needed. Detergent is located on the top rack.
- The white vanity blends well with the white tile and the mirror is great at receiving smiles and silly faces 🤪
🏡DOWNSTAIRS LIVING SPACE:
- This basement is a great hang out spot. You have a comfortable pair of couches that face a 50-inch smart TV. Login to your favorite streaming services and let the binge begin!
- Both brand new sofas provide high quality comfort, and the bigger sofa is a queen sleeper that pulls out for yet another 2 spots for slumber.
- Just when you thought this place had it all you find another gas fireplace! Turn up the heat in those cooler months, grab a blanket, grab some corn of the popped variety, and enjoy a family movie night.
🌳BACKYARD:
Folks this backyard is going blow your mind! You have so many things you can do in the right seasons. Where do I start this...hmmm, let’s start with the pool!
- The large in-ground, heated pool is a perfect entertainment space for all ages. You have a diving board on the deep end so you can practice that Olympic dive. Go for gold but do it responsibly! 🥇 The pool will be great for getting some laps in or for simply laying out in the sun on a floaty soaking up the rays from our beautiful Sun, thank you Sun!
- Next up, the hot tub! Currently there is a brand new five person hot tub on site that is yours to use year round. This will be the place to soak the worries of the world away. Hop in and let the hot water soothe your muscles and take your cares away!. Please replace the cover when you are done using it.
- The fire pit is the next stop on our backyard adventure. During the right seasons you will find a fire pit located around the fence past the hot tub. We will have plenty of chairs for you. This will be a phenomenal spot for you to share not only laughs but great stories as you build stronger bonds with one another as friends and family 🏕️
- Lastly, we have the spacious deck area. This will be where you cook up those delicious hotdogs and burgers using the provided grill. Go full dad mode, I am talking the whole 9 yards: white new balances, knee high white socks, jean shorts, and a white t-shirt tucked into those shorts 👨🏻🌭🍔
🚗Parking
- You will have access to the garage during your stay. It is a two-stall heated garage and you can access it from inside the house.
- The driveway can fit up to four cars.
- Free street parking. Make sure to check the signs on the street for any days that you are not allowed to park on a certain side.
Quiet Neighborhood that is located in South Fargo. Please respect the neighbors and follow the 10pm - 6am quiet hours. 😴

NO parties or large gatherings that can cause noise complaints from neighbors. We understand that this is a good entertainment house but please respect everyone around you. This space is strictly for those that are renting from us.
This space is designed to sleep 15 and there will be a $15 guest fee for each guest over this number.

We charge the cleaning fee we do in order to fairly compensate our team. They do a tremendous job of thoroughly sanitizing the place after each stay so that when the next guest arrives they feel the cleanliness.
