4 Bedroom Cabin with Laundry, TV and Bedding
Huge Fall savings are now in affect book any open dates before Thanksgiving for huge savings. Beautiful River Front entertainment and group gathering spaces. This home has 4 bedrooms 2 baths and sleeps up to 15 people. This is one of two Cabins I have adjacent to each other that can be combined for large groups up to 35. The other cabin is 785828. There is a large island behind the two homes for events and entertaining. The back yard island has fire pits, horse shoes, corn hole, lawn bowling and a space on it for weddings & vow renewals between two beautiful rivers. The fishing is also fantastic on the Rio Grande as well as the Creek. After a afternoon hike you can watch the sunset and relax in the private 5 seat hot tub on the edge of the South Fork River.
Access to detached gameroom between my two homes. due to covid19 For this year if you are conserrned about distancing you can work out times with adjacent guest or share. I am leaving disenfectant spray in there for you to use more often if you like Every morning it will be wiped down with disinfectant by me or my assistant.. Available games pool table shuffleboard table, foosbal, movie screen and much more. Everything else on the property hot tubs, grills, fire pits, corn hole, gazebo,s, fishing space is private to each home there are 2 of everything here except the centrally located gameroom. The island behind the two homes has a bridge between the two homes this house has the right side of the island.
Owner lives near and takes care of the hot tub and grounds daily.
Only 17 miles from Wolf Creek this is a great home for your ski vacation with many amenities and a boot dryer for toasty warm boots.
Master bedroom has a California King.
2nd bedroom downstairs has a Queen.
3rd bedroom upstairs has 2 queens.
4th bedroom upstairs is smaller and has a double/double bunk bed.
Loft upstairs has 2 twins.
Living rm downstairs has a futon sofa/bed.
Master and loft each have an additional Trimble twin bed Adjacent gameroom has been a hit with many games and workout equipment.
There are additional fees for Weddings, Receptions, Event center/private reception room and other large events. Weddings do require the booking of both my homes 765828 and this one 978782 plus event fees of $2,500-$5,000 depending on dates. Please don’t contact me on here for weddings as I can’t give you the appropriate info so look for River Crest Cabins and go to the appropriate place. I just do not think it would be fare to my other guest to have a event on one of the property’s. This is a beautiful property and books out a year in advance fir some dates so schedule as soon as possible.
