This is a stunning 2015 custom remodel home on the first fairway of Rams Hill Golf Club. The single level three bedroom two bath home was gutted and completely upgraded with custom woodwork and features in every room. The great room, wet bar, kitchen and dining area all have been accented with stack stone and recessed lighting creating a dramatic and beautiful living and entertaining area for your friends and family. The home features Saltillo tile floors throughout, custom solid hardwood doors and hardware, and, beautiful area rugs in each room. The great room opens onto an expansive outdoor living area that has unobstructed views of the Ram’s Hill golf course and the entire Borrego Valley. Sunrise, sunsets, moonrise and stargazing are stellar daily events.
The home has three bedrooms all recently furnished with new furniture and furnishings. The master bedroom has a king bed, walk in closet and opens out to the outdoor living area. The master bath has large walk-in shower and features copper bath fixtures. The second bedroom has a king bed, walk in closet and private patio seating area. The third bedroom has a queen bed, sitting area with large closet. All bedrooms have Samsung 40” flat screen smart televisions connected to DirecTV. The home comfortably sleeps three couples (6) and has two queen size aero beds to accommodate a men’s foursome and/or children.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking equipment, utensils and essential spices if you want to “cook in”. The kitchen features new green quartz counter tops, solid wood cabinetry and stack stone accents throughout. The kitchen is open to the great room and dining area so you can enjoy your friends and family while cooking. The dining table expands to seat eight people. There is a Weber Silver Genesis for the grill master in your group and outdoor patio seating for 6, comfortably. There are two chaise lounges outside in addition to the outdoor table seating. There are additional outdoor “camping” style chairs available in the garage to sit outside and enjoy the sunset and stars.
The common area pool, Jacuzzi, and tennis court are all directly across the street. The pool area offers plenty of sun or shade seating and chaise lounges. There is a ping pong table in the pool area, as well. In the garage we provide pool “Noodles” for you to enjoy floating in the pool. We have pool towels available for your use.
Ram’s Hill is a Tom Fazio designed golf course and is generally acclaimed to be the finest public play golf course in San Diego County. Golfweek has rated Rams Hill the third best resort course in California behind only Pebble Beach and Spyglass. Since the home is located mid-way up the first fairway, the clubhouse and restaurant are within walking distance to the home along with all the golf facilities- practice chipping area, putting green and driving range. The Ram’s Hill restaurant has an outstanding menu and wine list. There are magnificent outdoor seating amenities that include private fire pits to keep warm during the chilly winter nights. Casa del Zorro is a 2-minute drive away and features a full service spa and wonderful restaurant. There are hiking and biking trails, as well as, easy and close access to Anza Borrego State Park.
