Modern and bright apartment next to La Rambla, right in the center of the city. On the one side, we find La Rambla, with its restaurants, terraces and 'boutiques'. On the other side, if we cross the Eiffel bridge, we reach Santa Clara Street, which reaches Plaza Independencia, an ideal place to have a drink.
Spacious and elegant apartment with 3 bedrooms, an open kitchen connected to the dining room, two bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink, a balcony with views over La Rambla. On the other side, you also have a wonderful space with a beautiful view over the Eiffel Bridge, ideal for relaxing and enjoying a good coffee. In the kitchen there is a bar with two stools and a dining table with 6 chairs. The dining room has a sofa, two armchairs, a TV and WiFi.
Notes:
The apartment is in the center of the historic district, where access by car is difficult and parking is not possible. It is important to note that you can only enter the historic center 3 times by car (per quarter). For example when checking in and out. Although you are not allowed to park, you can load and unload the suitcases at our office. The apartment is on the second floor of a historic building without a lift.
