Located in a secluded upscale equine neighborhood, this tiny home built in 2023 has every amenity. Close to grocery stores, pharmacies, bars, restaurants and only minutes from the historic town of Summerville. Plenty of room for off street parking. It's an easy trip down SC-61 to Magnolia Gardens, Drayton Hall and the Angel Oak. We are 40 minutes from historic downtown Charleston and about an hour from Folly Beach.
Our tiny home sleeps 6 with a queen bed in one room, leather sleeper sofa in the living room and 2 twin beds in the kid's loft. The new foam mattresses are very comfortable and completely sealed in encasements that, along with ALL bedding, are washed between each visit. The kids will love the loft as their own space where they can be kids and watch TV or play over 10,000 classic arcade video games with the wireless controllers. The bedroom has its own TV, indirect lighting and wall mounted USB ports for your electronic devices. A closet in the bedroom can store your luggage. The bedroom has its own Mini split HVAC system, separate from the rest of the home. These units are highly efficient and very quiet and have no problem keeping the home comfortable in any weather.
The 12-ft by 12-ft porch is a spacious extension of the living area where you can enjoy your meals or morning coffee. The 72" overhead fan keeps it comfortable even in summer. The full-size kitchen is outfitted with granite countertops with stone backsplash and stainless-steel appliances that include a full-size fridge with ice maker, microwave, stove and oven, dishwasher and deep sink. There is a Walmart market, and Publix grocery store less than a mile away where you can get any food item you might desire. We have all the pots and pans, dishes, bowls, utensils and basic spices for you to save money by eating in. A Keurig coffee maker and toaster are included to also help in that regard. A stainless-steel grill is located just outside the kitchen door if you'd like to grill out. If you would like to relax around the fire pit, we can have firewood available at a small cost.
The living room is equipped with a leather sleeper sofa and a 65" smart TV with Wifi on the ship-lapped walls. The electric fireplace adds a soft ambiance and heat if necessary. The couch lamps are fully adjustable for any activity. Large wooden shutters in the windows and internal shutters in the door panes afford perfect privacy. The room has canned lighting and an overhead fan.
A stacked unit washer and dryer is located in the hallway beside the bathroom. Wash detergent is available next to the machines. The bathroom has a stand-up shower with Pfister rain head. Luxurious towels are located in the cabinets. Some basic toiletries are provided such as hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, razor, toothpaste, toothbrush and hair dryer. Hot water is supplied by a Rennai tankless hot water heater to provide endless hot water.
