Private quarry on-site and Plum Cove beach is less than a mile away.
WILDLIFE:
It can get LOUD in the mating seasons - please bring ear plugs if you are not enamored with the sounds of birds, frogs, and all other forms for mating wildlife!
Deer, otters, ducks (mallard and wood), Baltimore Orioles, herons, (green and great blue), cardinals, blue jays, red tail hawks, northern harriers and a juvenile bald eagle sighting!

THINGS TO BRING:
*Water-shoes: non-slip, closed toe a must for quarry swimming

Poop bags can be left on the ground at the front of the carport (near parking space) and they will be disposed of properly. Pet sitting services available - just ask!
SMOKING: Allowed on premises, but NOT inside the unit. There is a covered carport for rainy days. Please dispose of butts properly.
QUARRY SAFETY: Safety is our main priority. All guests must adhere to quarry safety policies: closed toe non slip shoes, flotation devices (close at hand), no swimming alone (especially at night), no GLASS of any kind on the rocks near edge of quarry, no roughhousing! Adult flotation devices are on site. If you have children traveling with you, please be sure to bring proper equipment.
