Come stay in our guest suite in our old town bungalow located less than 1 mile from Old Town Fort Collins and 5 blocks to the CSU campus where there are breweries, festivals, and restaurants to enjoy. This is a great location in a quiet neighborhood, yet walkable to all Fort Collins has to offer. Enjoy our light-filled spacious basement guest suite that includes ample lounging space, large bedroom w/ queen bed, bathroom, and kitchenette. Once inside, the guest suite is for your private use.
You can't beat this location! Right in the middle of CSU and Old Town Fort Collins, yet in a lovely street-lined neighborhood where you will feel like a local!

Enjoy our 1 bed (Queen)/1 bath basement guest suite with living area and kitchenette. Best suited for quiet individuals or a couple (2 guests). This space has been remodeled with tall ceilings and large egress windows to let in daylight!

Our house is a quaint charming bungalow in old town Fort Collins! You will have private use of the entire basement guest suite and off-street parking for 1 car.
We are in a great location to enjoy Old Town Fort Collins, Brewery tours, the CSU campus, and more.
Please note that we do live on the main floor of the home with our dog. This space is a basement guest suite below the main floor in a 100-year-old home in which we occupy, so naturally, you should expect to hear some noise from above. We provide earplugs and a fan for your use.
The back entrance is a shared entrance into our back hallway/mudroom, meaning we do use it and we may cross paths in this space or outside, this is a great time to ask us questions about Fort Collins. From here you have access to your own door to the private basement guest suite (Please see photos) the guest suite can be locked once inside. The backyard is also a shared space with us and our large dog, Harold.
The kitchenette has a large mini-fridge (No Freezer), coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and all the things you would need for a snack or light meal, or enjoy food from any of the amazing restaurants within walking distance of our home.
The guest suite bedroom is spacious with a Tuft and Needle memory foam queen bed, dresser, and ample space for your luggage.
Window AC unit provided for the bedroom!
The stairs to the guest suite are a bit steep.
You can enjoy our beautiful backyard and deck for a glass of wine or watching the sun go down. The BBQ grill is also for your use. This area is shared with us and our dog, so expect to see us and possibly friends and family enjoying our backyard as well. We can give you our favorite places to go!

Parking for 1 vehicle is off-street in the driveway off of the alley which we also use.
