This stately 1928 home is the Queen of Providence Road, providing easy access but privacy as well. The large first floor with half bath and private deck behind the two story brick home provide room for celebrations, family reunions, graduations, and more. Upstairs, the four bedrooms with two twins, one double and two queen beds, along with 2 bathrooms give plenty of room for large groups. The carport and driveway easily handle six vehicles. The quiet and safe neighborhood of The Grasslands is a perfect place for you to quietly and safely enjoy your space.
You'll have total access to the entire home, private deck, carport, driveway and yard. The washer and dryer are located in the basement. A Pack ‘n Play for small children is in the upstairs hall closet, as are hair dryer and clothes steamer.
The day of your arrival, I will text the code for the keyless entries. Arrival is anytime after 3:00 p.m. Wifi information will be found in the folder on the kitchen shelf.
Checkout is 10:00 a.m. Please remove your sheets and leave them in your bedroom, and dirty towels should be in the bathrooms. All dirty dishes should be put in the dishwasher.
