Calling all Forty Niners! Stake your claim on this unique, luxurious gold country retreat that will immerse you in the gold rush era! Prospectors Paradise is not your ordinary cabin- we are a destination in and of itself! Experience Cowboy Town -an impeccably detailed replica of a western boomtown that includes a jail, saloon, hotel, mercantile, cemetery and stable with pulley. Out back there is also a long suspension bridge and look out deck with seating amongst the tops of the pine trees. There are lights that can be turned on around the decks and walking paths.
Enjoy bbqs in the outdoor kitchen or hang out around the large fire pit on the deck. *note that propane for bbq and fire pit are not provided*
Around the property there are a multitude of sitting areas to enjoy every part of these great outdoors. In the further back portion of the property (forest area in back) a horse shoe pit can be found. In the front yard is a sitting area near the tree fort. A driving range (bring your own club and balls) is off to the side of the driveway and the basketball hoop is located on the driveway. As night approaches the front of the house illuminated with solar lights lighting the driveway and string lights up around the tree fort area. When a car comes through the driveway gate, the doorbell inside the house will sound and the front entry light will briefly come on alerting those inside that someone has arrived.
Inside of this luxury 3500+ sq ft cabin on nearly 3 acres, there are 3 levels to explore. On the main level, the spacious kitchen provides plenty of dining space for everyone in your group and the 3 bedrooms in the house are all next to each other with a bathroom in the master bedroom, hallway near bedrooms and a half bath by the garage. The master bedroom features an electric fireplace to provide extra warmth or just ambiance. Inside the en-suite bathroom a large soaking tub with a beautiful view and separate custom shower can be found.
The living room is the center of the home and the perfect place to relax and gaze out the large picturesque windows while snuggled up in the LoveSac.
The loft bedroom is above the livingroom and overlooks it as well as the front yard. The loft doubles as a playroom with toys and games in the closet and cabinets.
Downstairs is the rec room where you can enjoy a game of air hockey, pool, darts, connect 4, arcades or enjoy a show on the tv. There is also a full bathroom adjacent to the rec room.
In the winter we can get a lot of snow but we have sleds in the garage for your use and fun sledding areas on the property.
Prior to check in we will collect a refundable deposit, send a rental agreement to be signed and give a quick call to go over house rules and answer any questions. We strive to give you not just a place to sleep, but an experience leaving you with nothing but magical memories. We look forward to hosting you!
