Set over three floors, it has four bedrooms: one first floor double with en-suite shower room, two second floor double and second floor bunk bed, served by a family bathroom and ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Downstairs has an open-plan fitted kitchen and dining area, while the first floor houses the sitting room. There is also a ground floor games room. Outside has a front lawned garden and patio area with furniture. Off-road parking is available for 3 cars. Prospect House is the ultimate choice for families looking to explore the Yorkshire Dales National Park.
Amenities: Oil central heating, woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher,TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 3 cars. Front lawned garden and patio area with furniture. Two travel cots (located under bunk beds). A highchair is always at the property and does not need to be requested. One well-behaved small-medium dog welcome. Sorry no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. No stag/hen parties or groups of teenagers.
Note - This property has two sets of stairs without stair gates - the property may not be suitable for toddlers. Please note customers must purchase their own sticks and logs to use the woodburning stove.
