Each bedroom including the living room has its own split A/C unit and ceiling fans throughout. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking meals in-house. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable King size bed, ocean views, and an en suite bathroom with shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom offers two Twin size beds, which can be combined into a King bed if preferred. In the hallway, you will find a guest bathroom with shower. Additionally, a Queen size sleeper sofa with a brand new 5.5” Memory Foam mattress is found in the living room. This condo also includes a washer and dryer and complimentary WiFi.

- Papakea Resort is performing a property-wide extensive plumbing project and you may hear some noise during this time. Work in this unit begins July 16th , 2025, with an estimated completion for this unit projected on or around August 19th, 2025.
- Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work.
- Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM.
- To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM.
- Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.
- We have been notified that the project is pending completion around June 2026. We have decreased rates during these dates to compensate for any inconvenience. ***

This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival.
