Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this large 3 bedroom home just steps away from Jones Lake, 2kms from the Avenir Centre, and moments from all the attractions downtown Moncton has to offer. There is a playground directly across the street and you are walking distance to Centennial Park featuring walking trails, splash pad, public pool, more playgrounds, picnic areas and many other options for a fun packed family day!
The space
The house itself greets you with a bright foyer and large closet offering storage for your bulky travel items. The front hall has a small writing desk with a charging station for all your electronic devices as well as an assortment of games and activity books for children, the living room is a great place to wind down on the oversized sectional in front of a 55” smart tv. The large eat in kitchen can comfortable seat 6 adults around a table and has all the dishes, utensils, pots and bakeware you would need to make home cooked meals during your stay. The patio also offers a propane bbq and ample outdoor seating. A half bath with laundry complete the main level. Upstairs you will find the 3 bedrooms (a king, queen and 2 singles in the third), all mattresses are brand new memory foam, and each closet has extra bedding and blankets, the full bath boast double sinks and a full tub/shower surround. Outside you have exclusive use of the patio and yard, (The basement unit is self contained and does not share this space) There are 2 parking spots reserved for The Auberge on the right side of the driveway closest to the house, the left side is reserved for the basement unit
