We invite you for an extended stay at our fully furnished private studio apartment by the sea! The location--halfway between the I-5 and the Pacific Ocean, only a mile in either direction--sits in the private Seaside community across the street from the Lagoon. It provides all the amenities you need for an extended stay in North County San Diego. 30 day minimum rental only. And, no smoking and no pets allowed.
All the amenities you'll need are available to you. After crossing into your private entrance and stairway to the second floor, you will find a generous sized studio apartment. The sleeping area has a queen sized bed with night tables. A full sized closet and a dresser provide plenty of storage space. The living area has a love seat, two chairs, coffee table/storage chest, and flat screen TV with Amazon Firestick for streaming and DVD player. There is high speed Internet throughout. The dining table seats four and is adjacent to the large sliding door for the patio where you can let in the sea breezes and sound of the roaring surf. The patio is private and provides room for seating or viewing. Between the patio door and several other windows in the apartment, there is plenty of daytime natural light. The kitchenette is fully stocked with everything you will need for cooking/dining during your stay, including a large refrigerator (top) and freezer (bottom) unit, cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, pots/pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, and more. There is a stacked washer/dryer unit. The full bathroom has a walk-in shower, large sink, and medicine cabinet.
This studio is perfect for a single or couple, vacationer or business traveler, or for a snowbird looking to escape the cold of winter. You'll receive a key to the community pool and hot tub/spa, which is just steps away and boasts ample chaise and table seating. There is a dedicated parking space for the apartment...maximum of 1 car allowed. And, the San Elijo Lagoon Conservancy is just across the street featuring walking trails, bird watching, and spectacular ocean views.
Cardiff by the Sea is great place to vacation! Only a mile walk or drive to enjoy its eclectic beach town vibe, Cardiff offers a Starbucks, lots of great restaurants, walkable state beach, famous Seaside Market, library, and so much more.
