The room is very comfortable and has a view out to the back patio with French doors for easy access to the spa.

4- If I receive a complaint from my neighbors you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund for the remaining days.
5- You are responsible for any injury related to the Trampoline or Spa. Use at your own risk.
6- I don't care how late you are to come back, just be respectful that others may be sleeping.
7- Please take shoes of in the house.
8- Don’t sleep on top of comforters - the sheets are there for a reason ;-)

The neighbors are very friendly and it is in walking distance to Dutch Brothers and Burger & Cream which are some of the best places to eat in Auburn
You will have access through the front door to the room and the rest of the house kitchen and backyard are shared spaces with other guests.
This is a Charming Bungalow located very close to Hwy 49 and I 80 easy access to downtown old town or heading up to Grass Valley. The space is very clean and comfortable and charming in every way.
There is a laundromat and a grocery store within walking distance however to see all the charming spots in Auburn I recommend a car to get around.
