Finally, this is also in walking distance to Flagstaff's unique urban trail systems and Sawmill Park. This home is truly at the heart of flagstaff and there is no better location to see Flagstaff, Grand Canyon & the surrounding area than this!

This 3 bedroom (2 queen and a king) 2.5 bath sleeps 6 adults comfortably and features a walk-in closet along with a laundry room and balcony off the master bedroom. Two 50+ inch TVs sit in the Master and living room.
The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need. The home also has an outdoor kitchen w/ natural gas hook up and sink.
There is a 2 car garage for your vehicles along with two beach cruisers to serve as your transportation to and from downtown (not needed since it is so close but there if you want.)
