The beautiful open plan living space opens up to an expansive outdoor entertainment area featuring a saltwater pool (heat available at additional charge), bar with built in BBQ & fridge, lounge seats, dining area, and fire pit. Centrally located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in a safe neighborhood, this home is close to all the amenities you could possibly need!
THE SPACE
This spacious 2100sq ft, non-smoking home has a lovely, open plan downstairs that features two living rooms. The first has a huge cozy sectional seating area, the perfect place to relax and watch a movie on the large flat screen TV or play a board game. The second beautifully decorated lounge space hosts a gas fireplace, and is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. This room opens up to a dining area with a table with seating for 4.
The stunning, modern kitchen has a large island with bar seating for 4, stainless steel Bosch appliances, electric stove top, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, tea kettle, soda stream and toaster oven. The kitchen is stocked with everything you may need during your stay, including tea, coffee, cooking oils and spices. Flat screen TV's in the living room and primary bedroom have access to Apple TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney Plus as well as all the standard cable channels.
Folding glass doors can be completely opened up from the kitchen to a peaceful outdoor oasis that you may not want to leave!
This relaxing outdoor living space features a beautiful swimming pool that can be heated in the cooler months, a jacuzzi, a shaded lounge seating area, two sun loungers and a large dining table with seating for 8. There is a fantastic outdoor kitchen with a top of the range grill, a built-in drinks fridge and a bar with seating for 4.
There are lots of pool toys to enjoy, plus outdoor games such as axe throwing, giant Jenga, giant Dominoes and badminton.
Upstairs has 4 bedrooms, the primary has a Cal king bed and an en-suite bathroom, with a double vanity and large rainfall shower. This room also features a private balcony overlooking the pool area, a great place to catch the sunset or enjoy your morning coffee.
The other three bedrooms all share a bathroom with a bathtub and shower combo and a double vanity. There are two queen beds and one full bed. Two of the bedrooms are set up with desks and chairs offering dedicated workspaces.
We are a pet friendly home and welcome your furry friends. There will be an additional charge of $250 pet fee per stay plus taxes charged after booking.
Pool heat available at an additional charge $100/day, 84 degrees.

Vacation Rental Contract
You are booking with Casago North County San Diego, a professional local property management company. We require guests to complete our own “Vacation Rental Agreement,” after they've made their booking. We do this to ensure quality and consistency for our guests and our homeowners.

Guests are required to complete Guest Ranger, an identity verification service. The link is imbedded in our contract which you will receive after you have completed your booking.

Encinitas is home to a great variety of activities including the beach, botanical gardens, local farmers' market, golf, a vast array of dining options, and all the conveniences you could possibly need on vacation.
GUEST ACCESS
This family home is a part-time rental, some of the owner's personal belongings will be in the home. The primary closet and one of the other bedroom closets will be locked, but there will be a rail for clothing. The garage will also be locked and not accessible. The sauna is currently not available for guest use.
There are two parking spaces available on the driveway for guests, no street parking please.
