You will have access to free parking in the driveway for a maximum of one vehicle. For the safety of our cleaning team, please do not come to the property before 3 pm unless Previously arranged. We cannot allow early check in's, as we typically have a same day check out as your arrival date. The Reef is set to sleep up to 2 guests, and all guests must be registered before your arrival. If there are any other guests staying on the property, other than those registered, you will be asked to leave immediately, and will not be given a refund for your stay.
Please remove your shoes upon entering the Reef - Once the sand gets in it's hard to get it out!
Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the home, front porch or backyard. This includes tobacco, marijuana, or any other substance. If we find cigarette butts burns or blunts or smell any evidence of them, you will be fined $500. By reserving this home you are agreeing to this.
* However, If you must vape tobacco please do it outside. We can understand this.
*We expect you to leave the house as you found it and we please ask you to remove your trash from the home and not leave any dishes in the sink upon checkout. If this is not done we will ask you to pay an additional $100 cleaning fee.
*We are a pet free home. You will be fined $500 for deep cleaning purposes if found violating this rule.
Most days, there will be another guest checking in on the same day you leave. In order to give our cleaning team the necessary time to clean, sanitize and reset the home there will be a charge for any late checkouts, $50 per 30 minutes. You will also be responsible for any refunds given to the next guest due to the late check in that was not previously arranged. We want all our guest to have the best possible experience!
