Summary: The amenities state central ac and heating. It doesn't tell you that there is no thermostat in the unit. This is controlled by the owner who lives above. This is a basement with cement floors coverted to a rental property. It is very dank dark and musty. Not suitable if you have allergies or breathing problems. We rented for a month and left after one week.
