This home is designed for entertaining and outdoor fun! Step out onto the expansive backyard deck, where you'll find a private 30' x 14' heated pool, fully stocked with a variety of pool toys for all ages. The pool is enclosed by a protective fence, offering a safe and secure space for children to play. The backyard also features an outdoor shower, ample patio furniture, lounge chairs, a propane grill, fire pit, hammock, benches, and a well landscaped, tree-lined yard with a privacy fence. It’s the perfect setup for making the most of long summer days and nights with family and friends.
Inside, abundant windows and skylights fill every room with natural light. The fully equipped kitchen offers generous storage and is stocked with everything you need, including a wide variety of pots, pans, and cooking utensils. You'll find a Keurig K-Duo Plus coffee maker, along with a tea kettle, toaster oven, blender, and even a Mickey Mouse waffle maker for the little ones. With plenty of counter space, it’s perfect for those who love preparing their own meals—perhaps with the fresh catch of the day. Kid-friendly utensils and a high chair are also provided for your convenience.
On the first floor, you'll find the private master bedroom featuring vaulted ceiling, a charming bay window, a comfortable queen bed, and an en-suite full bathroom with a tub and shower. This room also offers convenient direct access to the pool—perfect for an early morning swim without disturbing the rest of your group.
Located on the opposite side of the house, across from the kitchen and living/dining area, are two additional bedrooms. The “Green Room” includes a queen bed, standup desk while the “Bunk Room” features two sets of bunk beds—ideal for kids or additional guests. These two rooms share a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, just down the hall.
The living room features a charming decorative fireplace, a large 50" flat-screen TV, and ample seating for the whole family. Two custom-built shelves are stocked with books and DVDs for you to enjoy during your stay. The spacious dining area includes a large table that comfortably seats up to 10, and with the nearby breakfast nook, there’s room for 12+ to dine indoors together. Just off the kitchen and opening onto the deck is a bright and inviting sunroom—perfect for savoring your morning coffee or tea with a newspaper or laptop in hand.
Upstairs on the second floor, you'll find two spacious bedrooms. The “Gray Room” features a queen bed along with a daybed trundle that can be used as two twin beds, while the “Blue Room” offers two twin beds. Each room includes a mini library shelf filled with books and collectibles for both adults and children to enjoy. The Blue Room also has a cozy kids’ corner and a bench full of plush toys—perfect for little ones. A third full bathroom with a tub and shower is located on this floor and is shared by both rooms.
Here comes the fun part! The basement is packed with entertainment, featuring another 50" flat-screen TV, a ping-pong table, air hockey, PlayStation 3, Xbox, Wii, DVD player, and a wide selection of board games and legos —guaranteeing hours of family fun. Plus, there’s a bonus futon that comfortably sleeps two, perfect for extra convenience.
All bedrooms and the living areas are equipped with central A/C for your comfort. A full-sized washer and dryer are available in the basement for your convenience, along with a second refrigerator located in the garage. After a day at the beach, rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower located in the backyard.
This home has just undergone a complete renovation, including a new heated pool with a fresh liner, central A/C, new hardwood flooring throughout, a modern kitchen with all-new stainless steel appliances, updated bathrooms, brand-new indoor and outdoor furniture, new TVs, a new grill and gas fire pit, custom-built shelving, and a fully finished basement featuring ping pong and air hockey.
We are located just 2.8 miles (about a 5–7 minute drive) from Nickerson State Park, which offers scenic Cliff Ponds and trails perfect for freshwater swimming, fishing, hiking, biking, paddling, and canoeing. A walking shortcut to the park is also available. Within a 7-minute drive, you’ll find Crosby Landing, Linnell Landing, and Ellis Landing—just a few of Brewster’s many beautiful beaches. Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club is only 6 minutes away, where guests can enjoy golf, fine dining, spa services, and a variety of activities. Grocery stores, shops, restaurants, golf courses, baseball fields, tennis courts, and bike trails are all within easy reach.
Guests are provided with beach chairs and tables, an umbrella, cooler, beach cubby, and beach toys for use during their stay. For families with young children, a Graco Pack ’n Play portable playard, two toddler beds, and a high chair are available. Additionally, two adult bikes and two child bikes are ready for your use. Please note, this is a non-smoking home.
