Prestigious villa in a residential complex of only private villas with 24/7 security; the complex can be accessed from two receptions only if you are an owner or a renter. The park extends along 3 km of coast full of splendid bays of white sand and crystalline sea with exclusive access for guests.
In the heart of Portobello di Gallura, a few steps from the water and the beautiful "Baia dell'Amore" beach, we find this luxurious detached villa, with exceptionally generous dimensions.
The house, surrounded by a private garden of over 3500 meters, develops on one level. Crossing the large shaded porch with splendid sea view, we enter the large living room, embellished with a spectacular suspended fireplace, and divided into a relax area with sea view, and a separate dining area. The living area is completed by a fully equipped full-size kitchen, complete with pantry, double fridge, dishwasher and breakfast table for 6 people.
The sleeping area of the main body is structured in four bedrooms, being able to accommodate up to eight adult guests:
Right wing sleeping area:
- two people in the master bedroom, adorned with precious boiserie and parquet floors, and equipped with ensuite bathroom with a hot tub;
- one person in the second bedroom (XL French bed), with an ensuite bathroom with shower.
Left wing sleeping area:
- three people in the third bedroom, with a double bed and a sofa bed;
- two people in the fourth bedroom, with a single French bed (XL) and a sofa bed;

All rooms have bright french windows, enjoy access to the garden and, thanks to their airiness and large size, they guarantee a very high level of comfort and privacy, even in the case of long stays.
Next to the main building, with an independent entrance, there is an elegant outbuilding that is ready to welcome two more guests independently. The mini-apartment consists of a living area with kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined into a double if necessary and a bathroom with shower. There are therefore 10 total beds which, thanks to the optimal layout, allow you to accommodate both a large family and a group of friends. Upon request, additional places can be offered for children, in a cot or small bed.
The two housing bodies gather around a vast patio, set up with a second dining area and refined outdoor furniture for pleasant moments of relaxation en plein air. This space allows you to fully enjoy your holiday even on the windiest days, ensuring absolute shelter even from the most daring mistral gusts. From the patio, a comfortable staircase allows access to the spectacular flat roof -- a privileged space, this one, which offers an exceptional sea view that ranges from Asinara to Corsica, becoming the ideal stage for an aperitif at sunset.
The villa, which offers two private parking spaces, allows you to explore Portobello on foot. In less than 3 minutes you can reach the rocks where you can snorkel or simply swim in a breathtaking scenery, while a slightly longer walk takes us to the sandy beach of Baia dell'Amore, perfect even with small children. The center of the park, with its well-stocked convenience store, clubhouse and restaurant are also within easy walking distance.
