Pictures say it all when viewing the tasteful décor throughout the unit. The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless appliances. The Master bathroom includes a large walk-in shower and rain shower head.
Be part of nature as you view your surroundings through walls of 8’ sliding glass doors, looking onto the lanai and beyond. The large wrap around lanai is accessed from the living room & bedrooms. High speed internet is available through the unit. There is a 65” TV in the living room, with an Apple TV for streaming. There are also TVs in both bedrooms. Super comfortable sleep is provided by new Tuft and Needle mattresses in both bedrooms, and room darkening window treatments. The unit is equipped with all of the kitchenware items you need. There is a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, hairdryers, toaster oven, oven, microwave, stove, etc.
The owners allow tenants to rent their 2005, low mileage, Honda pilot on an availability basis (see photo in the listing) for $35/day + $100 set up fee, plus additional rental fees. Please inquire for the specific details & availability.

The more intimate Wild Pines subdivision features its own private pool, hot tub, screened in pool house (including a refrigerator, microwave, and tables for eating and/or socializing, and restrooms), outdoor gas cooking grills, tennis courts, with an adjacent seating area, and a cozy swinging bench on the bank of the neighboring Wild Pines Pond for relaxation and wildlife viewing.
