Directly poolside, this family friendly condo was fully renovated earlier this year & is equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Lounge by the pool or grab the chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, and towels and head to the beach via direct access from the pool area. Our guests tell us all the time "It's even prettier in person".
The Space:
Our family loves to travel the world and we have appreciated the comfort of many AirBNBs during our journeys, so we are excited to share our condo at our favorite beach with you and your family!
THE PROPERTY:
Perhaps the most important thing to note is our complex is BEACHSIDE so you don't have to worry about dodging traffic to cross streets to get to the beach. If you want to dip your toes in the ocean, there are stairs from the pool area that lead directly to the beach. Most of your time you will want to spend outside on the beach or lounging directly by the pool without having to lug towels, sunblock and other pool time items up and down stairs.
There are 2 pools just steps from the unit - one small kiddie pool and a second, large lap pool. Depending on the time of year and the weather, the pools may or may not be heated.
Our complex, Point East, is the first residential building on the no drive section of New Smyrna Beach so you wont have to worry about cars driving by while you relax in the sand. Fortunately, there is a public park directly next door that has an access ramp so you are still close enough to hop on the beach and drive up to Flagler Ave with a car or golf cart and enjoy all of the shops and restaurants NSB is known for.
THE CONDO:
When you want to relax indoors, the condo awaits - super cozy with room for up to 6 guests. The living room features a 50 inch smart TV with Roku through which you can access any streaming apps. Want to skip the screen time....we supply a collection of toys, games and books for all ages. But our favorite part is how the sliding doors open to the patio where you will find a seating area with a view of the pools and the ocean.
After a long day at the beach, everyone can gather around the dining table, which seats 6, and chat with the chef while watching them cook up some yummy meals in the kitchen. You can also enjoy a glass of wine or a morning meal at the breakfast bar. We have kids of our own, so there is a booster seat available for a little one to join everyone at the table if needed.
You won't be able to resist the kitchen as it is ready for you to cook many meals or spread out delicious dishes from one of the many restaurants in the area that offer takeout or delivery. It is fully equipped with all of the plates, utensils, sharp knives, pots, pans and drink ware you will need for your stay. We even have plastic cups (with lids and straws), bowls, plates and utensils for the kiddos. The fridge and the sink both offer filtered water for drinking and cooking needs. Coffee lovers will enjoy the array of options for brewing the perfect cup - choose between a Ninja coffee maker, a Nespresso, or a French press and use the the bean grinder or milk frother for an added treat. Tea lover? We have you covered as well with a stainless steal kettle.
When you are ready to relax for the night, a pocket door from the living room leads to your private master suite with a comfy pillow top mattress (that also has a gel foam pad for added comfort) King bed dressed with plenty of pillows to ensure a refreshing night sleep. In the closet you will find plenty of space to hang items as well as an armoire to store additional items. The side tables have outlets directly op top of them along with USB outlets so you don't have to reach behind furniture to charge your devices. A 50 inch smart HDTV complete with Roku hangs opposite the bed, next to a full length mirror. There is also a door that leads to the back patio and upon opening, you are graced with ocean and pool views. The bathroom is a dream with a large tile and stone shower, a soft close vanity and large mirror.
Your additional guest will sleep peacefully in the second bedroom which has a pillow-top Queen bed and a memory foam Twin bed and is perfectly decorated to make the experienced of future surfer feel right at home. There is room to hang clothing as well as a dresser in the closet. Additionally, behind the dresser you will find a twin foldaway bed that can be opened in either bedroom or in the living room to sleep a 6th guest comfortably. If your little ones aren't ready for a big bed just yet, we also have 2 toddler cots and a pack and play within the master closet as well.
The second bathroom shares the hallway with the guest room and has a walk in shower, large mirror and soft close vanity. The unit does not have a bath tub, but with advanced notice, we do have a baby tub for your convenience.
One last note, we have Pilates workout equipment available upon request - a mat, ball and ring. Once you book, just ask us to leave it out!

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Two members of our family are severely allergic to dogs and cats and our complex has a no pet policy. Any evidence or reports of animals will be subject to a $500 cleaning fee.
Every unit in our complex has a 6 guest maximum per the fire code. Please do not bring more than 6 guests and if friends are visiting from other condos, please try to keep the folks in the condo to the max of 6. We know its a great location right next to the pool but our property manager is on site and he is obligated to inform us if there are an excessive amount of occupants.
Guest Access:
You will receive an email 24 hours prior to your check in time with a door code and instructions for our keypad, self check in process.
If you are checking in past 9pm, please ensure you let us know and ask any questions about check in prior to arrival. The self check in instructions will work as long as they are followed properly :-)
The Neighborhood:
New Smyrna Beach is a 13 mile long Atlantic coast town that is the epitome of “Old Florida”. but with a fun, lively vibe and an array of things to see and do. The heart of NSB is Flagler Avenue which is lined with tons of boutiques, retaurants, bars and specialty stores. Bring or rent a beach cruiser bike on your trip and you can hop on the beach and drive right up to Flagler.
Our complex, Point East, is directly next to a public park, complete with a playground and basketball courts. We are the first complex on the no-drive section of the beach but access to the drive section of the beach is adjacent to us in case you want to rent a golf cart and drive on and down to Foagler.
NSB is 25 minutes from Daytona and less than an hour drive to Orlando. Disney parks are a fun day trip if you want to squeeze that in as well.
Getting Around:
Our recommendation for getting around NSB is to rent bicycles or a golf cart. That allows you to pop on the drive section of the beach very easily and get all the way up to Flagler.
Other Things to Note:
We will text you a digital version of our house handbook on check in day so you will be in the know with anything from WI-FI codes to TV info.
There are 2 parking passes so you can park 2 vehicles in any one of the spot in the lot as they are not assigned spaces.
Interaction with Guests:
We are available via text for the duration of your stay and happy to communicate with you as often as you need. We will make all reasonable efforts to answer messages outside of the hours of 7am to 9pm.
