Whether you are visiting friends and family or traveling for work, this BnB will take care of all your needs with 3 cozy bedrooms, 2 baths, plenty of parking, a living room, game room, and a large back yard. You can go out and enjoy great Colorado at your doorstep or stay in to play pool, throw horseshoes, grill hamburgers with friends, or enjoy our unique backyard bar and fire pit.
This 3 story home has everything you could ever want for a family get away! We would like to mention that this home DOES NOT have central AC, but we do have a few window units in the home to cool things off on those warmer days! The upstairs features the master bedroom with a king bed, a secondary bedroom with a queen bed, and a full bath. The Main floor is were you will have the full kitchen, dining area, living room with a large sectional couch and a Roku TV where you are able to log in to all of your favorite streaming applications. The Bottom floor is where you will find the entertainment room with a dart board, pool table, and Roku TV located within. The bottom floor also will have the 3rd bedroom with Queen over Queen bunk beds, The secondary full bathroom, and the washer and dryer. The back yard has everything you need for entertaining a full family; it features a large patio area with a fire pit, charcoal grill (charcoal not included), Horseshoe pit, and bar area with propane fire pit for those chilly nights. Not to mention the back yard is fenced in for all puppy needs!
Upon arrival you will have access to 2 parking spaces in the driveway in front of the garage (if you have additional vehicles there is street parking available). Once you get to the front door you will enter the code given to you previous to arrival. You will have access to the entire home including the backyard. The only space that you will not have access to will be the garage.

The neighborhood is very quiet and close to local parks including Windmill Mesa Park, Deerfield Park, and Fountain Creek Regional Park. We are located 7 miles from downtown Colorado Springs, 13 miles from Garden of the Gods, 22 miles from the entrance of Pikes Peak, and 24 miles from the Air Force Academy! Laid back neighborhood with a beautiful backyard where people come to relax and unwind! Conveniently close to downtown!
Uber or Lyft will take you just about anywhere in Colorado Springs! An all wheel drive (AWD) or 4 wheel drive vehicle is recommended in the winter/snowy months (November-May) but not required.
Pet Friendly - One well behaved dog is welcome but we ask that they stay off the furniture and bedding. Please pick up/bag up and dog poo and place in the outdoor trash can in the front of the home before checking out.
For stays longer than 30 nights we do require a lease agreement, background check, copy of drivers licence, and a one time insurance fee to be paid before your arrival. For stays 30-59 nights it will be $270 and each additional 30 night block of your stay will be an additional $130

It is recommended that guests have travelers insurance for the duration of their stay
Pets- We are pet friendly, but we do ask to keep all pets off of furniture and bedding/blankets. Please pick up/bag up and dispose of all dog poo in the outdoor trash can in the front of the home before check out. We do apologize but NO cats are allowed

Quiet Hours are from 10pm to 8am. No more than the authorized # of guests at the house during quiet hours.
No disruptive events or parties. Airbnb guidelines state that if a guest is reported for a disruptive party or violating Airbnb's party and events policy, they may be subject to suspension or removal from the Airbnb Platform. In addition, the host may also ask that you vacate the property and no refund will be given.
Fee schedule for violating house rules:
-Unauthorized late check-out: $50 immediately, $50 for every 30 minutes after checkout (i.e. +$100 at 30 min after checkout, $150 at an hour after checkout).
-Smoking of any kind in the unit or on the premises: $100
-Unauthorized Parties or events: $250
-Pet cleaning fee (if pet uses the bathroom in the house, or has excessive shedding, etc.): $100- $300
-Deep clean fee, if required (i.e. vomit, carpet stain, bodily fluids, or excessive trash, etc.): $100
-Broken/damaged items: charged at replacement value
Travel insurance is recommended. As with any vacation, unexpected situations sometimes occur that can put a damper on even the best-planned trips. We stand by our firm by our cancelation policy and getting travel insurance is your best option for protecting your trip from the unexpected. Upon completing your reservation, we will provide you with an optional third-party Travel Insurance policy.
We use third-party guest screening: We use a third-party company for guest verification. Upon booking you give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening.
