Hurricane Update: The pool is open but the private beach access was damaged by Hurricane Milton and is currently closed. However, the city has a temporary beach ramp open directly next door to Sanibel made out of Sand that guests can access very easily walking through the Sanibel garage. Rates are currently reduced through all of 2025 to reflect this impact and if it reopens prior to your stay, it's just a free bonus. We update this description anytime we have new information to share.

Sanibel is located right on the divide between the traffic-free beach and the beach that allows vehicles. The no-drive beach begins directly next to Sanibel so guests can easily enjoy a no-drive beach just a couple of feet away! Included in your stay are all the wonderful amenities Sanibel has to offer including an oceanfront pool heated during the cooler months, a hot tub, spacious fitness center, gas grills, and a common room including a pool table and games.
Feel the weight of the world lift off your shoulders as you enter the gorgeously furnished, oceanfront condo. The elegant living room is filled with comfortable furnishings, a sleeper sofa, and a flat-screen TV all while overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. The parking garage clearance is 6'8".
The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud.
