Welcome to Sea Life Happy! This stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bath pool home is located in a private and tranquil community, that has mature landscaping in every direction.
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! This home is only 7 miles to the world-famous Anna Maria Island with its white sandy beaches, and the gorgeous fisher village Cortez, where you are bound to find endless activities and adventures! In addition, this home is located just five minutes away from the famous IMG Academy golf course and conveniently located near countless shops and restaurants.
Upon entering your home away from home, you will find a light and bright atmosphere. The formal living room offers a plush couch and two chairs, where you can enjoy your morning coffee. Adjacent is the gorgeous dining room, that can accommodate up to six comfortably.
Your master oasis awaits! This large room boasts a king-size bed and plenty of space to unwind after a long day of adventure. Through the sliding barn-style doors, you will find the master bathroom. This space has two separate vanities and a large walk-in shower that is tiled from floor to ceiling.
The beautiful kitchen has lovely wood cabinets and granite countertops with black stainless-steel appliances. The breakfast table adjacent can accommodate up to four comfortably.
The family room, located at the back of the house is the perfect spot to hang out after hanging by the pool all day. Boasting a large “L” shaped couch and a Smart TV for you to watch all your favorite shows. The second bedroom located down has a queen-size bed, a couch, a Smart TV, and plenty of space for your belongings. The second bathroom has a large vanity and a shower/tub combo with a detachable showerhead. The third bedroom has a king-size bed and plenty of closet space.
Your outdoor haven awaits! There is a large kidney-shaped pool completely caged in, along with Adirondack chairs and chaise lounges. Underneath the awning, there is an outdoor dining table that can accommodate up to six comfortably and a Smart TV so guests can watch all their favorite shows. Adjacent, there are two couches with an adjoining chair. The fenced-in backyard is giant, offering your nothing but absolutely privacy.

Pool heating is optional, for an additional non-refundable fee of $25 per day + taxesto be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed.

Summary: This is a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood, close to beaches. Our only problem was communication with the property manager before our stay. We happened to be scheduled to come in right after a hurricane. We tried reaching the property manager repeatedly and couldn't reach them (understandable under the circumstances) but we finally did speak with them the day before our flight. They assured us that everything was good with the house and so we felt comfortable with moving forward with our plans. When we arrived, we found that the house had no power - in fact the entire neighborhood had no power, so we were not happy that we had not been given correct information (we specifically asked about power). In the end, it all worked out well. The power eventually was restored and we had a very lovely vacation. The house is a very comfortable place to stay!!
