Coming for a wedding? All of St. Augustine's downtown venues are a short distance: The Lighter Museum, The Treasury, Flagler College, the Ice Plant, Casa Monica Hotel, the White Room, and many more!
This home boasts 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a stunning backyard oasis with pool, heated jacuzzi, pool house and bar, screened in patio, laundry, 4 smart TVs with cable, off street parking, gorgeous renovated kitchen - the list goes on and on! Linens and towels included.
The Layout:
Master Bedroom: King size bed, walk in closet, Smart TV with cable + en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combo.
Second Bedroom: Queen size bed and Smart Tv with cable.
Third Bedroom: Queen size bed and Smart Tv with cable.
Guest Bathroom: Has a large walk in shower and is located in the hall between the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.
Half Bathroom: Located in the pool house in the backyard.
The Pool: The pool is not heated but the in ground hot tub jacuzzi is!! Pool towels provided! Umbrella not provided.
Propane Grill: Included with rental on back patio near pool.
Parking: There is no street parking allowed whatsoever, no exceptions. The neighbors/neighborhood will ticket and tow. We have approximately 3 off street parking spots depending on the size of your vehicles. These spots consist of white gravel. 2 spots are bumper to bumper, requiring you to pull 2 vehicles straight in towards the gate/fence, parallel along the left (north) side of the house. The 3rd spot is a parallel parking spot along the front of the house. All additional cars must be parked in other designated paid public parking lots.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $99. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $1000 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($99 for $1000, $149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($500, $1000, $1500, etc) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.

The Neighborhood:
There is so much to explore in the neighborhood!
Most of my favorite local hot spots are in this part of town and within a 15 minute walk of the front door! To name a few: Crave, Fish Camp, Ice Plant, Dog Rose Brewery, the views at Lake Maria Sanchez, and walking down Charlotte Street and St. George Street to take in the gorgeous turn-of-the-century homes.
Just a 20-25 minutes stroll north is historic King Street, where you can explore the most beautiful college campus in all of Florida, Flagler College! Just a block away is St. George Street, which is known for it's amazing shopping and restaurants! Nearby, picturesque Aviles Street is an art-collector's dream! Also located in this area are most of St. Augustine's special event venues like The Lightner Museum, The White Room, The Treasury and The Government House. I am more than happy to give recommendations. You will have an amazing time!
Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car to get around, or there are local pedi-cabs you can call to pick you up if you're only traveling a short distance downtown.
