The space
Perro Chateau has everything you need! You will feel right at home! The bedroom features a flat screen smart tv and 2 very comfortable full size beds separated by a USB equipped nightstand! The bathroom has a bath/shower combo with a large rain style shower head. We provide most toiletries including Toilet Tissue, Cotton Swabs, Cotton Balls, Shower Caps, Toothbrushes, Shampoo and Conditioner just to list a few. There is in-unit laundry, full size washer and dryer with complimentary detergent, bleach and softener. For those of you traveling for work, enjoy high speed internet, we have a desk and (printer upon request). You have everything you need to cook a full meal and there’s enough dining space to sit (7) 4 at the table and 3 at the bar. We provide coffee, sugar, Splenda, creamer, all complimentary. There’s a full snack bar including drinks for purchase. In our spacious living area, there’s a full-size sleeper couch, with a big screen smart TV. Lastly, the patio features a small table and 2 chairs sitting on faux grass with a beautiful scenic view.
