Through the front door you'll find an open floor plan in this modern, air-conditioned 2-story home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and plenty of outdoor activities for all! The private grassy backyard is a fantastic area for your children to enjoy the play structure, sandbox, and for your furry family member to have their own space in the dog run. Take some time to unwind in the luxurious hot tub while feeling the cool coastal air. Right up the stairs from the major living areas, you will discover the master suite - on its own level! This master suite has everything you need - a king sized bed, a spacious bathroom with a jet tub, a large dressing room, and a balcony for you to drink your morning coffee while taking in the spectacular scenery. This rewarding escape is only a 6-minute walk to some of Oceanside's popular restaurants.

• THIS HOME IS PET FRIENDLY: There is a $50 pet fee per night, per pet. Up to 2 pets allowed. We only accept dogs. Please inquire about other pets allowed with our Reservations Department. Please keep your pet on a leash at all times. Do Not leave your pet unattended at any time. Please note that Airbnb will not collect pet fees at the time of booking. This is collected after the booking has been confirmed and someone from our team will reach out to you to collect the pet fee.
• VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY: There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner. Fees apply.
PLEASE NOTE!
• Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental.

CANCELLATION POLICY
• A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee.
• Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee).
• Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment.

Summary: Easy entry process into home on arrival. Close to I-5 on ramp and off ramp. Amenities great: tons of kitchen equipment including an air fryer (came in handy to warm up pizza and fries), gas oven easy to use, microwave, oven. Frying pans, mixing bowls, cups, bowls. Kenmore French door refrigerator. Living Room: exceptional speakers plus comfy L-shaped couch seats with 4 able to lie down and watch movies at night with family, recessed lighting. W/D worked well, included laundry pods and bounce all/clear dryer sheets. 5 Huge beach towels (we used as shower towels). Master bedroom rain shower: good pressure, unlimited hot water! 2 showerheads! Large shower tub. There is a Keurig coffee maker upstairs Very comfy beds with down comforters. Outside: stocked toys including basketball, football. Used the basketball at a community park. Soccer in backyard and front yard (AstroTurf). Boys absolutely loved playing with their monster trucks in the sandbox and playhouse. Wi-Fi worked great
