En San Carlos de Bariloche, dentro de un tranquilo barrio recidencial llamado Belgrano, a la altura del km 1 de Av. de los Pioneros, se encuentra este esplendido departamento. Su privilegiada ubicación hace que sea el lugar ideal para relajarse, entre bosques y montañas, a unos 5 minutos del centro de la ciudad de Bariloche.
En un terreno parquizado, cubierto de Rosas y diversas Flores, la casa comparte el Jardin con el propietario, aun así esta es independiente y dispone de la privacidad adecuada. Esta construido con un clásico estilo Local acompañado de una cálida decoración que nos hace sentir como en Casa. Está completamente equipado y posee todos los servicios y accesorios necesarios para una confortable estadía.
El alojamiento
Ubicado sobre una calle tranquila de un hermoso vecindario, se encuentra esta hermosa casa preparada para recibir hasta 4 (cuatro) pasajeros con todas las comodidades.
Distribución:
Esta Casa se extiende sobre dos plantas, desde la puerta Principal a mano izquierda nos encontramos con el Living-Comedor, con sillones y un elegante Hogar a leña y una Tv por Cable, junto a la mesa con vista al Jardín. En el ambiente próximo nos encontramos con la cocina, totalmente equipada con utensilios de cocina y electrodomésticos varios como heladera, hornalla a gas, pava eléctrica, Microondas, tostadora,etc. El ambiente es muy calido, la calefacción es por radiadores, El Internet es gratuito/ Wi-Fi y la Tv es por Cable.
En el exterior contamos con un balcon, un amplio jardín parquizado para disfrutar del aire libre, un Quincho con mesa y sillas, y tambien espacio de aparcamiento para 1 (uno) Vehículo.
Condiciones reservas y depósitos
Para confirmar una reserva, como no trabajamos con tarjetas de crédito, solicitamos al huésped abonar un importe por adelantado a fin de garantizar la misma.
Podes pagar el 100% del total de la misma, dentro de las 48 horas de enviada la cotización, y congelar el precio presupuestado; o también, si preferís, podes hacer un pago a cuenta, bajo las mismas condiciones, en concepto de seña, por el 50% (cincuenta por ciento) del total, y cancelar el saldo pendiente, en fecha y forma a convenir antes de la fecha de ingreso, al valor de la tarifa vigente a la fecha de efectivo pago.
Y siempre podes cancelar la reserva gratis hasta 60 días antes de la fecha de llegada.
El precio publicado es indicativo, y corresponde a una noche en temporada baja, pero no siempre coincide con el valor real, ya que la tarifa final se modifica según la temporada, las fechas y la cantidad de días alquilados, además de la tasa de limpieza.
