This beautiful single-family split-level house is located in Scarborough Pine Point area on the Old Orchard Beach line. Right on Pine Point Beach which is a long sandy beach on Saco Bay that extends four miles from the jetty at Pine Point to Old Orchard Beach. There is plenty of room to relax on the beach, swim, play catch, or take a walk with loved ones. Beautiful views of Saco Bay, sailboats, lighthouses, and lots more.
This beautiful home has an open concept ground level kitchen and Livingroom area with bay windows overlooking the ocean. It is equipped with 2 full sized refrigerators, double oven and a stove top, formal dining room table that sits up to 8 also with an additional bar area that sits up to 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils you may need. Livingroom has a 50+ inch cable TV and the 2nd living room area is located on the main level.
There are 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Four of the bedrooms and 2 of the bathrooms are located on the main level and one bedroom and 1 bathroom on the lower level which you will also find a washer and dryer for your use. The Master Bedroom has one Queen bed and a full bathroom and across from the Master Bedroom there is 2 additional rooms with 2 Full sized beds in each room. Across from those two rooms there the 4th room with another Queen-sized bed overlooking the ocean! The fifth bedroom located downstairs has a Queen-sized bed in the room.
Lastly, enjoy your time and relax on the 3-season porch and a deck overseeing the ocean . There are also 2 barbeques for your use. This home is Private from the grassed yard adjoining the beach. Major shopping at the Maine Mall only several miles away, Portland's acclaimed 'Old Port area', Funtown amusement park, restaurants, and the great weather!! There is parking up to 5 vehicles.
