1. NO smoking is allowed! There is a fee of $500 if smoking has been detected inside the property. Use the ash trays provided for cigarette buds please!
2. There is one camera in the front of the house and one in the back of the house for safety measures. Our ring video doorbell is also located in the front of the house.
3. There is a side entrance to the property and 3 stairs leading into the front of the house.
4. NO events or parties unless given permission by host!
Contact host for photoshoots, interviews, small events/parties prior to booking.
5. Our neighbors are important to us so please be respectful and keep noise levels low in the evening.
6. Respect our home and as you would yours. Although we do not expect you to clean our property (that's what our cleaning fee is for) before checking out we appreciate our guests keeping things as tidy as you would in your own house!
