Welcome to 515 E. Lake Drive in Cape May Point. Located directly across the street from picturesque Lake Lilly and a short 5 minute walk to Cape May Point’s beaches; this rental retreat is ready for your next getaway! This spacious 4 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home sleeps up to 12 guests and your canine companions! Enjoy lake views from the front Florida Room and second floor master bedroom, or the private rear deck and spacious yard.The first floor features an open floor plan which has a large Florida Room when you enter through the front of the house. Here you have plenty of room to relax after a day at the beach or play games as a group if a summer shower is passing through. Entering the conditioned main living space you have a sitting area with television, breakfast bar, large kitchen, laundry space, and dining table. Off the kitchen are two bedrooms. One with two single beds and the other one double bed. Between them is a beautifully newly renovated in 2022 bathroom with a standup shower, standalone bathtub, and a double vanity sink.Upstairs you have two additional bedrooms, including the master bedroom, and a jack-and-jill bathroom that was also renovated in 2022. The master bedroom has sitting area where you can see views of Lake Lilly and a king sized bed. The second bedroom upstairs has a bunk bed with two single beds and a pull out single sized trundle beneath. Additionally, there is a separate single bed in the nook in this bedroom. Between the two bedrooms is the gorgeous bathroom with a large sink, stand up shower, and a bathtub.Outside the property has a private rear deck off the kitchen and there is a gas grill for barbecuing. The rear shed can be used for storage during your stay and the yard has a spacious open area for both your family and four-legged family members to play. On the side of the home is an enclosed outdoor shower and the off-street parking can fit two cars. The television in the living room has cable, The two other televisions located in the bedrooms are smart TVs with access to streaming apps, but are not hooked up to cable.This property is pet friendly($150 per dog). When booking please let us know if you are bringing a dog and the size/breed of your dog. All reservations will have a $225 cleaning fee, $550 security deposit(SD cannot be paid with a credit card), and $65 processing fee. Check-in is 4:00PM and Check-out is 10:00AM. The property has pillows and additionally two sets of blankets at the property if guests are not planning to being them their stay. All linens, sheets, and towels are the responsibility of guests to bring or rent. Bookings are handled by Coastline Realty LLC. Summary: The neighborhood is so pleasant with a lake nearby and plenty of hikes for the off-season or an overcast day. Also close to the lighthouse and beaches. The bathrooms are beautiful and gave me some ideas for my own :) Plenty of space inside and out. Perfect for 2 families. Looking to book my next stay!
