Direct Oceanview Beach House located in the Largo Sound neighborhood of Key Largo mile marker 103. Directly across the street from the private Largo Sound Park where you can enjoy a day at the beach, launch your boat from the private boat ramp, have lunch under the covered pavilion while the kids play on the play set. Easy access to oceanside and bayside via Adams Cut. As our guest you will be given a key to the private park.
This home has been fully remodeled and ready for rentals as of December 2022. Everything is NEW!! The upstairs is a large 2 bedroom/1bathroom with big balcony overlooking the ocean. Amazing sunrises! The downstairs is a smaller 2 bedroom/1 bathroom with small FULL kitchen. Perfect for 2 families. Both upstairs and downstairs rented together. Outdoors there is pool and outdoor kitchen with BBQ. Fully fenced back yard. Plenty of room to park your boat on trailer. Come and enjoy our paradise Keys home!
