Summary: Check in was slightly irritating. Front desk staff seemed inconvenienced to be checking us in. We knew there was trailer parking from our previous stay 8 months ago- this time we were informed that there was a $50/day trailer fee ( which was not the case last stay), which would have been ok if we were informed about it BEFORE we stayed, in any type of correspondence but that was not the case. Only 2 breakfasts provided per room, no option to purchase extra for the rest of our party. Broken glass throughout walkways/parking lots, as well as trash left everywhere. Upon checking into our room, discovered hair ties and a sock on the floor, phone charger left plugged in behind table and plastic cup left behind curtain on a/c unit. "Mini" fridge was super small and was not cool upon check in or the entire time we were there (6 days). Ended up having to keep buying ice to put in coolers so our food didn't go bad. Also, there is only a tiny ice machine provided for your entire building and if you haven't gotten ice before 7am or after 10pm, you weren't getting ice at all. While the pool is large, it's in need of repair and the deck around it was very slimy. Witnessed multiple people slipping and well as one person fall hard. The gazebos and lounge area around it is nice with plenty of seating, umbrellas and lounge chairs. The point bar and beach area are nic a Hammocks, Adirondack chairs, picnic tables and various games available to use. Probably will not be back to this property.
