If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, then you are in luck!!! Breathtaking views of LAKE MARTIN from this gorgeous 1.25 acre gently rolling WOODED lot with 192+/waterfront feet near Parker Creek Marina and the popular eatery , The Landing(seasonal for the Landing). The most adorable 3 bedroom, 2 full bath inside house and large private shower outside by the lake. FABULOUS screened in porch (with a twin sized swing to enjoy napping or lounging) overlooking the most beautiful lake in Alabama! --Remodeled and features a full kitchen with tiled countertops, tumbled marble backsplash, GE stainless appliances and hardwood flooring in the upstairs living area. The kitchen/den opens onto the large screened in porch. This is a gorgeous lot with lots of mature trees so if you don't want to be in the sun -- enjoy the shade by relaxing in the hammock! There is a wonderful firepit area to spend lots of family time at night. Our property is great for kids to play , as we have children of our own that love spending countless hours outside. There is an outdoor shower if you want to rinse off quickly before eating. Large updated private dock with floating dock as well with plenty of room to tie up boats. Enjoy dining inside, on the screen porch or on the dock as well if you want to get closer to the water and get some star gazing in! Feel like dining out or picking up food? No problem! You’re less than one minute by boat (or .9 mile by car/walk) to the Landing Restaurant(seasonal hours) and around 10 minutes by boat to Spring House, Catherine’s Market, and Kowaliga Resaturant( depending on the season ). This really is the perfect house to enjoy fishing, floating, tubing, skiing/wake boarding, cocktail cruising, or just plain relaxing! Remember the lake is dropped in the winter so a boat cant be docked at our dock.
